Roles
What each role does
The team is deliberately small and split by what people actually do, rather than by title.
- Bait maker
- Develops the recipes, sets the dosages and decides when a mix is finished. Every range starts here.
- Pro team
- Fishes the bait hard, on demanding waters, and reports back on what it does before anything is sold.
- Scout
- Finds and follows new waters, and the anglers worth watching on them.
- Promo team leader
- Runs the promo team and keeps what we show true to what the bait actually does.
- Promo team
- Takes the bait out, shares the sessions and answers questions on the bank.
